Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS  CREDIT OR DEBIT ONLY. Any disputed amounts appearing on customer invoice must be brought to our attention within 30-days of date of invoice.  However, payment is still required on any undisputed amounts.

PRICES: All prices listed herein supersede all prior prices for like merchandise and further are subject to change without notice.  Prices, terms, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

MINIMUM ORDER:  is $150.00; a handling charge of $10.00 will be assessed to all orders that do not meet the $150.00 minimum order.  PRODUCTS SOLD ONLY IN STANDARD QUANTITY as indicated when purchaser places order.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS: Wholesale Safety Supply reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.  Any such additional, conflicting, or altered Terms are hereby rejected.  None of Wholesale Safety Supply Terms and Conditions of Sales may be added to, modified, superseded, or otherwise altered, except by an authorized Wholesale Safety Supply manager.  If any of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining Terms and Conditions which shall continue in full force and effect.

FREIGHT: is FOB Long Beach, California USA and added to all invoices.  Freight is prepaid on orders totaling a minimum of $1,750 in the Contiguous United States and $2,200 to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada delivered to a single location.  Freight will be added to every invoice, but may be deducted if invoice meets the freight prepaid minimum and payment is made within Wholesale Safety Supply terms.  Wholesale Safety Supply is not responsible for setting up appointment for delivery.  Any cost incurred in delivery refusal is solely the customers’ responsibility.  

WARRANTY: all goods sold by Wholesale Safety Supply are carefully manufactured, tested, inspected, checked and packaged by experienced workers, and are as free from defects as possible prior to leaving the factory.  Any goods sold by Wholesale Safety Supply under the terms and conditions contained herein that may prove defective by reason of material workmanship within 90-days after shipment will be replaced.  Wholesale Safety Supply Oil-less Air pump has a 1-year manufacture defect warranty to the original owner from the date of purchase.  Alleged defective pumps cannot be returned for credit.  Repairs must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.  Serial number and date code will be needed.  If date code is more than 1-year, owner must provide a copy of original receipt prior to obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  At the sole discretion Wholesale Safety Supply will repair or replace (one time only), at no charge.  Customer is responsible for freight charges to Wholesale Safety Supply in all cases.  Oil-less air pumps out of warranty needing repairs will require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number for an estimate of repair, minimum charged for most repairs is $50.00 (parts and labor).  Repairs not covered under warranty have a 30-day guarantee.  Oil-less air pumps must be returned in its original product packaging materials or equivalent, and/or be well padded, to prevent damage when in transit, and should be adequately insured by customer.

RETURN POLICY:   NO PRODUCTS SHALL BE RETURNED WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) NUMBER FROM Wholesale Safety Supply  A Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) must be clearly marked on all packages.  Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is only approved for the items originally authorized and valid for 90-days from date of issue.  Any products returned needing repackaging will receive a 20% repackaging fee, which is at the sole discretion of Wholesale Safety Supply.  Defective products must first receive a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number from Wholesale Safety Supply. Defective products will be evaluated and analyzed by Wholesale Safety Supply Quality Control.  No credit will be issued until evaluation of defective product has been completed and approved.  If Wholesale Safety Supply determines that the product is not defective and/or does not meet the warranty terms, an evaluation fee will apply.  Customers will be charged a $20.00 evaluation fee for any product (Supplied-Air Systems, Eyewash Stations, Electric Gloves, Respirators, Visor, CO Monitors) determined not defective.  Wholesale Safety Supply will return the product to the customer at their cost.  
All other authorized returns of saleable merchandise, other than shipments made in error by Wholesale Safety Supply, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Returned products not deemed saleable, is at the sole discretion of Wholesale Safety Supply.
Disposable gloves, products with expiration dates, training aids, discontinued items, and products purchases with free promotional are non-returnable and no credit will be issued.  Special order products, calibration kit and/or calibration gas and private label or custom ordered products are also non-returnable.
All customers must return product(s) freight prepaid and all risks of loss and damage of goods are the customers’ responsibility."

DELIVERY AND DAMAGE:   The customer is urged to check each incoming shipment carefully before acknowledging receipt from the carrier and must sign for number of cartons received when palletized.  Claims for shortages on orders will not be considered unless presented to Wholesale Safety Supply within 7 business days after receipt of goods, or otherwise customer will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the shipment.  If goods are visibly damaged, the customer should insist that the carrier note written confirmation of the damage on the freight bill.  If concealed damage is found after unpacking, the customer must notify Wholesale Safety Supply and the carrier involved within 48-hours to obtain verification of the damage from the carrier. If possible take photos of damaged cartons and contents for Wholesale Safety Supply review.

CHANGES:   Wholesale Safety Supply reserves the right to make reasonable changes of any kind in its products and/or its packaging and correct any printed pricing error without notice.  The need for continuing improvement of products and other factors require the making of changes from time to time in product design, material specifications, and product dimensions.

CANCELLATION:   Any cancellation of order(s) must be called into our Customer Service Department and verified that the order has not been shipped.  Wholesale Safety Supply is not responsible for cost on any order(s) shipped prior to receiving the cancellation phone call notification.  Wholesale Safety Supply will not accept the responsibility of calling the customer prior to any shipment.
